Resource and Compliance Management for Lifestyle Block Owners.
Resource and Compliance Management for Lifestyle Block Owners.
Buy a lifestyle block and suddenly there's a pile of rules you're supposed to know — spraying, effluent, stock movements, and more — that nobody hands you a manual for.
thebook.nz is a mobile-first resource and compliance management app that keeps track of what you need to record and gives you a heads-up on what actually applies to your property, so you're not guessing.
Spray records, effluent, stock movements — logged simply, when you need them.
A heads-up on the rules relevant to your property, in plain language.
Built for new block owners who don't want to dig through council websites.
